After a 21 years expertise in various agricultural projects worldwide we decided to enter the field of dairy farming, bringing new innovations and futuristic work methods.

Breathing Shadow Roof system
The climate conditions in Israel are characteristic with hot summer and low in rain winter, on top of this are the physiological conditions of the cow, which cannot sweat and has to reflect it's heat to the sky.
For these reasons we have developed a revolutionary solution in the cow sheds industry which allows the full closure of the roof of the cowshed during rain and the full opening of the roof during warm days.

The Breathing roof is a roof built as a blind system, with fully controlled and automated opening and closing system.
This allows, on top of all the other benefits, to upgrade the living conditions of the cow and give up open sheds, since the cow can still radiate it's heat to the sky.

The CowCon
We have acquired knowledge and development of a controlling system, which raises the level of the control field in many levels – the CowCon.

The controlling system is the fruit of development and experience of programmers and electronic engineers that have acquired their experience in the robotics industry and have improved a 10 years working system with much success and under industrial conditions. The system is build as open and flexible platform, self-programmable for all parameters without the need for a technician, and remotely controlled if needed via computerized communication.
The system is of unlimited capacity and is designed to commit and future innovations, in which every development or controlling idea can integrate directly into the existing system without the need for extra controllers. 

The CowCon is a smart controlling system for the management of the milking in the cowshed. The CowCon, beyond creating a correct and normal working action and its system malfunction recognition feature, also contains an “artificial intelligent” feature which is used to bypass and fix malfunctions and guard the proper quality of the milk at all times.
The system compatibles with international standards such as ISO 9002 and various environmental standards.

The CowCon Operation
The cowshed control under the CowCon system produces the following features:

1.                   Faster and controlled cooling of the milk

2.                   Flexible and unlimited possibilities washing of the milk containers

3.                   Changeable, adjustable, flexible and affective shed washing

4.                   The washing of the suckers at the end of each milking

5.                   Climate controlled yard cooling

6.                   Exact weighting of the milk container

7.                   The control over the quality and quantity of milk coming out of the milk container

8.                   Automatic telephone malfunction massages

9.                    Daily/weekly action report and milk profile at regular bases

Other features of the system is the possibility to connect a remote station for controlling the cowshed from another building and attach a probe to the system that reports any attempt of cow theft from the shed.

Cowshed Cooling system
Our latest development is a unique cooling system, using cooling pads similar to the ones used in greenhouses in order to create a cooling effect in the cowshed.
By moving air using large fans, through wet cardboard cooling pads, and spreading this air around the cowshed, we can lower the temperatures inside the cowshed, and create a cooler and more suitable living area for the livestock.
This method is in use in several projects we've installed worldwide and proves itself as an effective and efficient cooling system.
